Athe, LF’s contemporary vegan beauty brand, said on Thursday that it is poised to launch a new sunscreen product. The Athe Vegan Relief Inorganic Sunscreen will be the brand’s first new UV protection line in four years.

The product is described by the company as an inorganic sunscreen formulation that forms a thin barrier on the skin, deflecting harmful UV rays and providing protection while addressing skin redness.

Athe previously made waves in 2020 by introducing the first vegan-certified sun essence, sun BB cream, and sun cushion for UV protection in South Korea.
