Coca-Cola recently revealed its latest limited edition named ‘Coca-Cola Zero K-Wave’ worldwide, drawing inspiration from the influential world of K-pop and fandom culture.

The company unveiled the global limited edition in Seoul on Tuesday, with both Korean and international media present. The project is centered around the global phenomenon that is K-pop, capturing the essence of the Hallyu (Korean Wave) that has taken the world by storm.

The Coca-Cola Zero K-Wave is slated to be available for sale in 36 countries worldwide, including the United States, France, Spain, Singapore, and Japan. Coca-Cola said it has enhanced the flavor of the new beverage by infusing the unique Coca-Cola Zero taste with a peach flavor.

The product packaging is designed to visually convey the explosive and vibrant energy created by K-pop fans at concert venues. The front of the package prominently features the Coca-Cola logo written in the brand’s distinctive Spencerian script in Korean, adding a touch of authenticity to the limited edition.

In conjunction with the release of the Coca-Cola Zero K-Wave, Coca-Cola plans to open the doors to a new era of K-pop by collaborating with JYP Entertainment’s key producer and artist, J.Y. Park, along with globally acclaimed K-pop groups including Stray Kids, ITZY, and NMIXX. The collaboration includes the release of new music and music videos.

Coca-Cola is not only launching a product but also preparing a program that offers a new digital experience through the Coca-Cola Zero K-Wave. The project is part of Coca-Cola’s 2022 creation initiative, a global innovation platform that aims to provide consumers with a unique and imaginative brand experience by incorporating diverse ideas, collaborations, and cultural trends.
