KT launches AI Call Report service for teachers

KT Corp. will introduce artificial intelligence (AI) features in its teacher-oriented application (app), offering functions such as call summaries and emotion analysis.

The company said Wednesday that it will provide an AI Call Report service on its teacher app, Rangtalk, starting in March 2024.

Rangtalk allows teachers to communicate with students or parents without exposing their personal phone numbers.

With the AI Call Report update, KT will provide six core features, including text conversion and search of call content, emotion analysis of call results, summarization and keyword organization of call content, summary of previous call history during the call, backup of call recording files, and external sharing of call reports.

The AI Call Report feature will begin as a beta service and will be provided free of charge for one semester.
