Over 2,000 cruise passengers from Taiwan due in Yeosu, Korea, in April, June

Aquarius - operated by Hong Kong-based Star Cruises Ltd. - will sail from Taiwan’s Keelung and make stops at Yeosu and Nagasaki in Japan.
Star Cruises was founded in 1993 and operates to destinations mainly in Southeast Asia with Hong Kong and Taiwan as home ports. Currently, it operates four 50,000 ton to 70,000 ton cruisers and plans to add two more 200,000-ton carriers to its fleet by 2020.
Aquarius that will sail from Keelung to Yeosu is a large-size ship carrying more than 2,000 travelers including 1,511 passengers and 756 cabins. The cruise will depart from Keelung Port in April and June and enter Yeosu Port, allowing passengers to travel around Yeosu and Suncheon areas, before departing for Nagasaki in Japan and returning back to Keelung as part of a six-day tour package.
More than 2,000 passengers aboard are individual travelers. They are expected to visit attraction sites such as Yeosu Maritime Cable Car, Yeosu Ocean Railbike, Suncheon Nakan Eupseong, and Suncheon Bay Garden. Cruise travelers will enjoy a traditional Yeosu meal and watch Big-O Show, a permanent multimedia show from Yeosu Expo 2012.
Star Cruises plans to expand its call to Yeosu depending on demand and feedback from its journey in April and June.
