South Korea’s top Shinhan Financial Group Co. inked a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Japan’s Mizuho Financial Group to jointly seek new revenue base from the global market, the Korean company said on Tuesday.
Under the terms of agreement, two financial conglomerates will cooperate on developing new financial business models such as in digital business and jointly pursue mergers and acquisitions.
The two will share their intelligence in global markets and apply expertise of each other in relative market. They will hold regular meetings and workshops.
