Hyundai Motor’s first subcompact SUV Kona off to a smooth start

Hyundai Motor said on Friday that its pre-orders since June 14 surpassed 10,000 units as of Thursday. It had received orders for 330 cars a day on average.
The carmaker targets total sales of 26,000 Kona units this year, which means that it has already achieved 40 percent of the goal.
The car was popular evenly across the age. Under 40s made up the half and 40 and over the other half.
Owners have to wait a month to get their cars due to product delay during summer holiday season.
