South Korea’s Hyundai Motor Group has premiered its concept sport utility vehicle (SUV) model under its luxury car brand of Genesis at the 2017 New York International Auto Show.
The GV80 Concept powered by fuel cells was unveiled at the motor show held at Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York on Wednesday (local time).
The Genesis GV80 Concept, the first SUV model in the Genesis line-up, features dynamic exterior and interior styling equipped with advanced technology. The eco-friendly plug-in hydrogen car is powered by both fuel cells and electricity.
The GV80 Concept is designed with a unique appearance such as four-head lamps on the front, while a glass touch pad with handwriting recognition and a convenient information panel are adopted. Passengers of the car can enjoy an entertainment system that can be controlled individually through a screen on their seats.
Hyundai Motor will exhibit four Genesis cars (GV80 Concept, G90, G80, G80 Sports) at its 372-square-meter booth during the show.
