American actor Tom Cruise reportedly visits Lotte Signiel Residence on his 8th trip to Korea

According to sources on Friday, the actor looked around the upscale apartment of Lotte after attending a red carpet event at Lotte World and a preview of his new movie ‘Jack Reacher: Never Go Back’ at Lotte Cinema. He flew to Korea on November 7 to promote the movie, and made an unscheduled visit to Signiel, the sources found.
It was his eighth visit to Korea since 1994 when he had visited Korea for the first time to promote the movie ‘Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles’. He is well-known for his love of Korea. When he visited the country last year to promote ‘Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation’, he held a fan service event for two hours. During the latest visit, he also squeezed time to meet his Korean fans despite his busy schedules.
Industry sources suggest that he visited Lotte’s Signiel as he is interested in investing the luxury apartment. The Signiel Residence, selling from 5 billion won ($4.2 million) to 30 billion won, includes a smallest unit with a total floor area of 209 square meters and a biggest unit with a 1,238 square-meter floor area.
