South Korea’s Handsome Co.’s high-end women apparel brand “TIME” is projected to report revenue of over 200 billion won ($176 million) this year, becoming the first women clothing maker in the local industry to achieve the milestone.

According to the fashion industry Wednesday, TIME is set to refresh sales record this year following last year’s sales of 165 billion won.

The local upscale brand has maintained its high-end image since its launch in 1993. The brand has never been offered for discount sale. Its premium marketing paid off as it kept up annual growth of 20 percent against slowdown in overall retail business.

Lee Ji-young, an analyst at NH Investment & Securities Co. said that consumers that are fed up with fast-fashion trend are choosing high-end labels.
