The 15th World Korean Business Convention, a platform for South Korean entrepreneurs and business professionals working at home and overseas to establish business relationships, will be held for three days starting September 27, 2016, at the International Convention Center Jeju (ICC Jeju) in the southern resort island of Jeju.

This year’s World Korean Business Convention is hosted by Overseas Korean Foundation and organized by Jeju provincial government and Maekyung Media Group. It will be opened under a theme “New changes & Possibility, Hansang Network,” and Kolao Group Chairman Oh Sei-young will head the convention that is expected to bring together about 3,000 Korean business professionals who are actively leading businesses in Korea and overseas.

The convention will offer various programs such as industrial exhibition, 1-on-1 business meetings, and seminars as well as a job fair to allow Koreans seek for opportunities at Korean-led companies across the world.

“We have endeavored to invite Korean entrepreneurs and business experts all across the world to further expand their business network this year,” said Lee Young-sun, a general manager at Overseas Korean Foundation.

Interested individuals may register as either an individual or corporate participant. The pre-registration fee is $120 by August 7 with discount and $170 on site. Accommodation with discounts is available through a booking service provided by World Korean Business Convention’s official travel agency Kim’s Travel Corp. until August 21.
