The 9th Busan International Motor Show, due to open on June 2 for press day and run until June 12 at Bexco, will showcase luxury sports utility vehicles (SUVs) from top supercar makers.

Bentley, Maserati and Jaguar known for their luxury sedans will unveil their first-ever SUV models in Korea.

The auto show will excite car lovers by flaunting the latest in luxury sedan category.

Hyundai Motor Co., the biggest automaker in South Korea, will unveil the G80, its premium sedan designed to carry on with the legacy of its first luxury sedan EQ900 (also known as G90 overseas).

Lincoln Motor, Ford Motor’s luxury car division, will join the premium sedan market with this year’s revival of the Lincoln Continental, a broad-shoulder boulevard cruiser, after a 14-year hiatus.

Jaguar Land Rover’s luxury SUV F-Pace will make its debut in Korea in July and two other prestigious automakers’ SUVs will also be rolled out in the country within the latter half.

Maserati will unveil the Levante S, which caught attention at the Geveva Motor Show held in March and, Bentley Motors will showcase its first SUV, the Bentayga.

Meanwhile, sales of imported cars carrying a price tag of more than 100 million won ($84,674) reached 22,844 units last year, up 52 percent from 14,976 units in 2014, according to data.
