South Korea’s children’s electric ride-on cars maker Henes Co. is set to expand its presence in the global market. The company’s CEO Im Gwan-heon said that the company has developed the world’s most advanced and safest electric vehicles for children after spending more than 10 billion won ($8.4 million) on research and development over the last two years. “The number of export markets will be extended from the current 38 to 50 within this year,” he added.
The company’s Broon series is leading the industry with technologies unseen in other ride-on cars for kids. It comes with a safety control system that allows a smooth start and stop, a Bluetooth remote control and 4-wheel driving. It runs only at a speed previously set by parents and maintains the designated speed on an uphill and downhill road. It even has a 7-inch Android tablet in the center of the dash.
