CJ CheilJedang Corp. has garnered significant attention at a major natural food expo in the United States with innovative food products focusing on health and wellness.

According to the company on Tuesday, CJ CheilJedang participated in the five-day 2024 Natural Products Expo West held in Anaheim, California, last week.

The company operated a booth themed around Fermentation Technology & Eco-Friendly Ingredients. The booth attracted thousands of visitors, including key retail buyers from the U.S. and other countries, the company said.

It presented products such as sauces made from naturally fermented seaweed and probiotic-rich beverages made with kimchi.

CJ CheilJedang’s emphasis on fermentation technology and eco-friendly ingredients aligns with growing consumer preferences for natural and sustainable products.
