Doosan promotes COO Jung Yeon-in to vice chairman

Jung Yeon-in
The newly appointed vice chairman was born in 1963 and graduated from Busan National University with a degree in Mechanical Design before joining Doosan Enerbility in 1987. With a background in engineering, Jung is known to have amassed extensive on-the-ground experience during his tenure of over 35 years. He has held key positions, including being the head of Vietnam’s VINA subsidiary and leading various management divisions.
The appointment will come into effect on January 1, 2024. The current leadership structure of Doosan Enerbility comprising Jung, Chairman Park Ji-won, and President/Chief Financial Officer Park Sang-hyun will remain unchanged.
“Jung will actively contribute to driving Doosan Enerbility’s continuous growth and innovation,” a company spokesperson said.
