CJ CheilJedang has announced the launch of new products, Bibigo Rice Tteokbokki and two types of fritters, adding to an already delectable range. They are part of CJ CheilJedang’s K-Street Food strategy and are set to be introduced in major global markets following their launch in South Korea, contributing to the worldwide spread of Korean culinary culture.
Back in May 2023, CJ CheilJedang unveiled a selection of six key products, including tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), hot dogs, kimbap, kim-mari (seaweed rolls), bungeo-ppang (fish-shaped pastries), and hotteok (sweet pancakes), designating them as strategic items under the K-Street Food category. The company plans to foster the next generation of K-food and secure new growth engines with its Bibigo brand.
