LG CNS is launching a service aimed at empowering businesses to develop tailor-made AI services with the help of generative artificial intelligence. The company adopts a “multi-engine” strategy whereby its AI solution learns internal company information to provide answers and allows clients to choose from a variety of language models.

LG CNS on Thursday announced the release of the “DAP GenAI,” a generative AI platform designed for corporate clients, with “DAP” standing for LG Data Analytics & AI Platform and reflecting the company’s AI-driven big data framework.

DAP GenAI comprises three key modules: AI Service, AI Prompt, and LLMOps, each offering a unique set of capabilities tailored to meet the specific requirements of individual businesses.
