LF TRICYCLE plans to double the share of direct purchases for its premium fashion brand shopping mall “halfclub” by 2025, the company said on Thursday.
Direct purchases reduce the cost of maintaining inventory assets, enabling partners to focus on sales of the current season’s products and halfclub to secure exclusive products to strengthen its differentiated product competitiveness.
LF TRICYCLE began upgrading its logistics and processes by establishing a dedicated organization earlier this month.
Additionally, the company plans to expand the scope of direct purchases to include distributors’ own brand (PB) and internationally sourced products once the direct purchase system for domestic brand products is stabilized, the company said.
