Musinsa, South Korea’s leading online fashion platform, will open its first offline store since its inception in 2012 in Daegu on October 27.
According to Musinsa on Wednesday, the first offline flagship store named Musinsa Daegu will open in the city’s shopping district Dongseong-ro.
The three-story store with an area of 634 pyong (2,095.9 square meters) will showcase the latest products of 200 fashion brands.
Customers can enjoy the same benefits at the store as they do online, including membership points and member tier discounts.
Each product will feature a QR code tag, enabling customers to access more detailed information about the product through their mobile devices.
The store will also provide a service that allows consumers to order online for in-store collection.
“Providing consistent customer benefits and experiences both online and offline is our key differentiator,” the company said. “We will expand opportunities for brands to meet customers offline.”
Musinsa Standard, Musinsa’s casual wear brand, in the meantime, opened a flagship store in Daegu last month. It is the third offline store and the largest among regions outside Seoul.
