South Korean small-to-medium enterprises Billeon has unveiled its flagship Pileus Insolo Tumbler K product. With a 350 ml capacity, this remarkable tumbler is designed to sterilize not only the water it holds but also the interior of the tumbler itself, to achieve an impressive sterilization rate of 99.99 percent.

According to Billeon Thursday, the tumbler’s lid that is equipped with UV-C LEDs undergoes an automatic sterilization cycle, running for 5 minutes every 75 minutes. The double-insulated vacuum design optimizes heat and cold retention, offering an impressive 26 hours of heat retention and 12 hours of ice retention. This feature ensures that users can enjoy both hot and cold beverages anywhere, anytime.

“Our main focus is on millennial parents, those born between 1981 and 1996,” according to Kim Young-tae, chief executive officer (CEO) of Billeon, who explained that the sterilization tumbler resonates with this group of customers as it helps reduce their household chores.

The entire stages of manufacturing for the tumbler, including planning, design, assembly, and packaging, are carried out in Korea. The distinctive feature of this product lies in its use of eco-friendly materials, including Tritan, renowned for its high-quality use in premium baby bottles, and 304 stainless steel, known for its resistance to rust and low thermal conductivity.

Thanks to these advantages, it remains the top sterilizing tumbler on Naver Shopping, Naver Corp.’s e-commerce platform. It has particularly gained popularity among parents caring for infants.

Not only does it excel in sterilization and heat retention, but it also boasts a lightweight design at307 grams, making it easy to hold. It also offers a secure, airtight seal, ensuring no leaks even if accidentally knocked or tipped over. In addition, it has an IPX7 waterproof rating, making it safe for water cleaning, and its elevated lid design ensures the whole tumbler can be cleaned.
