South Korea’s LG Electronics Inc. announced on Monday that its subsidiary, HITeleservice Co., will enhance its global call center capabilities by establishing an organization consisting of highly qualified consultants and organizational management experts in 2024.
HITeleservice aims to provide consulting tailored to regional characteristics as well as sharing its customer service expertise.
LG Electronics will expedite substantial support centered around the Global Integrated Situation Room. It plans to send outstanding consultants from HITeleservice to transfer their know-how and engage in talent development and organizational management consulting.
The Korean tech giant will also provide the contents from its education platform, ‘ LiVE LG,’ in English.
