주요업무내용 | Load Planner is primarily responsible to arrange transportation services to all outbound shipments. Utilizing TMS (Transportation Management System), planner shall build and schedule efficiently to reduce shipping time, expedite routes and maximize cost-effectiveness on all cargo types. A candidate who can work under pressure, adapt quickly, and provide quality customer service to clients will succeed in this position. - Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, TMS, WMS to coordinate, schedule, and assign loads based on required delivery dates, needed transit and equipment capacity. - Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments with clients, handling any rescheduling - Verify and manage load size, route, and destination in the most cost effective manner - Book loads and ensure successful shipment of freight by tracking deliveries and estimating times of arrival, delivery, and recovering loads when necessary - Plan and assign load trips to available drivers guaranteeing feasible delivery time slots - Provide service updates and answer inquiries from various parties - Maintain good relationships with clientele - Select transportation mode based on shipment size and destination - Tender loads to carriers based on primary carrier ranking | ||
그 외 자격요건 | Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred * 1+ years of minimum experience in Transportation/Supply chain or related role (preferred) * 1+ years data entry (required) * 1+ years of customer service (preferred) * Experience with Microsoft office and TMS/WMS programs (preferred) Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Strong Communication and Detail Oriented * Very strong attention to detail * Strong Organizational Skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time-sensitive situations * Problem solving and Critical thinking | ||
