주요업무내용 | [IT administration assistance] 근무지: 자동차그룹사 유럽법인 • Europe region IT project management & Security / IT training / Documentation • Europe sales subsidiary IT budget management and Administrative tasks (Purchasing order, Invoice, SAP, Web-hard, CCP system administration) • Manage and control IT policies in line with HQ • Ensuring GDPR compliance (TOMS and ISO27001) ; managing internal/external IT audits [IT Service support] 근무지: 자동차그룹사 유럽법인 • Standard MS configuration • Installing and configuring for computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners • Security software Install & Update and Support : AD, DRM, DLP, SEP etc • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) • User device updates and release changes • Setting up accounts for new users • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Testing new technology | ||
