주요업무내용 | Your tasks and responsibilities • Supporting annual marketing activity implementation across European markets and assisting new product launching • Conducting digital marketing activity by closely working with an external marketing agency and headquarter (incl. social media marketing and website management) • Researching, analyzing and reporting market trends (incl. visiting numerous fairs in Europe) • Planning and managing the whole process of promotion tools from production to final distribution • Communicating with European customers for following up on their requests • Communicating with Staron Sales, Inside Sales, customers and colleagues from HQ • Cross-functional interaction with sales, operations, and distributors to understand and identify trends • Following up external inquiries for company, product information, and handling invoices of marketing | ||
그 외 자격요건 | Your profile • Bachelor Degree in Business related subjects or working experience in Marketing (preferred) • B2B Marketing and Architecture and Design industry knowledge (preferred) • Digital Marketing Experience (preferred) • Excellent interpersonal skills, including one-on-one interactions and presentations to groups • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and attention to detail with the ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines • Experience or willingness in coordinating and leading marketing projects that require technical expertise and can effectively bring together different teams within the organization, including technical, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain management, to successfully complete a project • Fluent in Korean and high proficiency in the English language is essential, excellent digital literacy including Basic Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel (German language skills are a plus) | ||
