주요업무내용 | You are responsible for the transaction management of our Assets, Special Purpose Vehicles (in Germany, U.K and plus any other one European county more such as Italy, Netherland – to be decided). • You review and analyse contracts, documents and invoices for Accounting and Tax treatment. • You manage transactions by analyzing payment processes and proofs including bank accounts. • You monitor spending vs. budget per project level and communicate about them with departments. • You conduct Finance/Tax DD Process for Acquisition (Buy side) with the business development department. • You are in contact with the commissioned auditors/tax advisories for local compliance and regulation. • You conduct Finance/Tax DD Process for Exit (Sell side) with Project Finance department. • You work together with the business development department, project finance department for non-regular cases. | ||
