III.1.2) Economic and financial standing List and brief description of selection criteria: The Authority will use an independent credit scoring organisation namely Creditsafe, to conduct appropriate financial probity checks. An unsatisfactory report may result in further detailed financial checks. By submitting a tender return, bidders are confirming that, should they be successful, they will hold the agreed levels of insurance indicated below for the duration of the contract. Minimum level(s) of standards required: Employer???s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10,000,000 GBP Public & Product Liability Insurance = 10,000,000 GBP Contractors All Risks Insurance = 3,000,000 GBP Professional Indemnity Insurance = 1,000,000 GBP III.1.3) Technical and professional ability List and brief description of selection criteria: It is a mandatory requirement of tender participation that bidders can adhere to the following: - Utilise Accredited Approved Quality Procedures, ie ISO9001 - Current Considerate Contractors Accreditation - Current Construction Line Accreditation (or another measure of quality accreditation - in this case it will be the bidder's responsibility to demonstrate the equal and equivalent measure and it's at the Council's discretion as to whether this is acceptable as a suitable alternative or not)
