● 주요업무내용
• Installation, maintenance and repair of robotic liquid handler
• Ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction for the entire range of analysers and systems
• Ensuring Seegene' systems, analysers and component products meet the manufacturer’s specifications
• The optimal operation of the assigned systems and analysers
• Identifies and fixes problems associated with the operation of a platform
• Supporting product development projects and risk management activities
• Performs timely review and technical completion of maintenance work order, initiate follow up work order and discrepancy notification as necessary.
• Carries out any other work (i.e. logistics) and task as directed by Supervisor.
• Customers in the region of the area of Canada (Possibly USA)

● 그 외 자격요건
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering. Experience in healthcare is not a must.
• Bilingual: Korean and English (Korean is not mandatory)
• Enthusiastically undertake your tasks with determination and alertness based on the results to be achieved
• Work independently, also a team player
• Responsible, initiative and detail-oriented and carry out more complex tasks with a lot of attention
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and persistence to resolve outstanding issues
• Willingness to travel for work across Canada and occasionally USA
• Flexible to make sometimes overtime
• Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure is an asset
