● 주요업무내용
1. Responsible for solving the problems of technical bottleneck and technical platform for high specification products of large customers, and guiding engineers to analyze and solve related problems;
2. Responsible for developing the pannel with new design ideas and new technology, and doing performance optimization work; applying them to the actual product development, and proposing the relevant patents;
3. Responsible for leading the related basic panel designtechnology platform and the basic model construction; applying the techonolgy to actual product development, and proposing the relevant patents;
4, Participate in the actual product design, control and check the technical work, ensure customer needs and product design to be integrated closely, identify potential risks and provide solutions;
5, In order to meet customer needs, formulate technical specifications of the panel, and break down the specification requirements into the design and process requirements, and promote the implementation in order to ensure the realization of these specifications;
6,Audit technical report, analyze and solve problems;
7. Do engineer technical training to make them have the ability of independent panel design and issue analysis;

● 그 외 자격요건
1.Above 6 years working experience in panel design of TFT_LCD; be proficient in panel design and product optical specifications; be familiar with all kinds of drive technology in panel;
2. Be proficient in TFT_LCD process technology, familiar with the impact of process on TFT device performance and product performance, and can propose technical guidance and improvement suggestions;
3. Product development experience with Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Sony, Ericsson, LG, Moto, Apple and other customers;
4. Familiar with project management process and experience of leading project development; 5. Be familiar with speaking, reading and writing in English; Daily working language should use English.
