● 주요업무내용
- Play a key role in the pre-sales process assisting with market research and analysis of prospective clients, competitors, and market outlook, in prospecting for new clients and on-going sales support and client servicing.
- Assist/Support sales administrative functions such as client data management, sales reporting, contract management and preparation of sales and client presentation materials.
- Answer and diligently follow up on prospective client inquiries with guidance from sales manager
- Liaise and work closely with other functions (Research, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to ensure that all assigned tasks are smoothly delivered
- Execute ad-hoc project initiatives as appropriate in the sales process
- This position may require occasional travel to client premises

- Pre-sales process management skills
- Skills in pre-sales analysis, market and data analysis, competitor research, preparation of client presentation materials.
- Organised and analytical with the ability to work independently and within a team to get problems solved
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment and great attention to details
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines
- Diligent, with a good work ethic - a willingness to work overtime and go the extra mile to get things done when necessary
- Strong communicator with pleasant interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently across diverse cultures in a global team and collaborate with colleagues across functions, geography, and business lines
- Good understanding of, or a strong interest in, international financial institutions and global financial markets
- Computer savvy with strong skills in MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Passion for sales and the desire to develop into a successful salesperson in the financial services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese or Korean preferred)
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience within the financial services industry in sales related functions
