  This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q18T0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. NAICS for determination of size status is 721110. 0001 -- Services - Non-Personal - 186th ARW Off Base Lodging - See Attached Performance Work Statement   Period of Performance - 01 JAN 2018 to 31 DEC 2020, FOB: Destination for delivery to 186th ARW, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307.  The following FAR provisions apply:  FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Offers must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. If offeror is registered in ORCA, Reps and Certs are not required; however, offeror must indicate such with their proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items.
