The ACT, NSN 4920-01-621-1719KV, is used to support the F-15 and F-16 weapon systems which have the Pratt and Whitney F100 group of engines. ACT will be placed in the F-15 and F-16 Avionics Intermediate Shop. The ACT tests the DEEC 6, which combined the DEEC and EDU in one black box. The DEEC 6 is a critical component of the F100 engine. The ACT replaces the DEFT and has been previously purchased.
