IDB will sign a collaboration agreement with a public institution (IDB’s Partner Institution) in San Jose, Costa Rica, dedicated to use technological innovation to create solution to improve the provision of public services. Based on this collaboration agreement, the technical support will be provided to contribute to the implementation of its innovation project (Project), which aims to analyze areas of application of artificial intelligence to improve the provision of public services in Costa Rica. We are looking for talented, dynamic, and flexible professionals to work as a Data Scientist Consultant, with knowledge and experience in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions, big data analysis and machine learning. [What you'll do] • The design and develop AI systems that can improve the efficiency and quality of public services. This may include the implementation of chatbots for customer service, data analysis for informed decision-making, and automation of administrative processes. • The use of data science and artificial intelligence techniques to analyze large government data sets and predict patterns, trends, and future needs. • Identify areas of public services that could benefit from automation or optimization using AI techniques. Conduct assessments and feasibility studies to determine how to improve existing processes. • Ensure that artificial intelligence solutions used in public administration are ethical and transparent. This involves preventing algorithmic bias and protecting data privacy and security. • Other related activities as requested and agreed with the Supervisor. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - 만 37세 이하 대한민국 국민 - 유창한 영어 구사능력 필수(쓰기 및 말하기) - 관련 분야 학위 보유 - IDB 그룹에 현재 근무 중인 4촌 이내 친족이 없는 자 [What you'll need] • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Operation Research or other related fields. Master’s degree in any of these areas is desirable, but not required. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience of working with big data analysis and Machine Learning. Experience in data analysis, data cleaning, data visualization, and modeling, using programming languages such as Python or R and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Working knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not required. • Technical Competencies: Solid knowledge of the fundamental principles and concepts of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including algorithms for automated learning, classification, regression, clustering, neural networks, etc. Familiarity with techniques and tools for natural language processing and nterpreting images and videos using computer vision. Knowledge of the ethical and social aspects related to the use of artificial intelligence in public administration, including data privacy, algorithmic biases, and responsibility in the design of intelligent systems. | ||
