The Defense COntract Management Agency (DCMA) Information Technology Directorate seeks professional industry standards' advice on IT Strategic Planning and Technical advice in support of Hardware and Software purchases and upgrades along with IT Portfolio Planning.  The purpose of this notice is to request information from interested parties, including potential offerors, that have knowledge and ability to advise a DoD 4th of State Agency on the DoD 4th of State IT nuances as the IT community continues to change. Please see the attached Request for Information (RFI) for areas in which information is sought.
