This will be a five year contract to obtain unarmed guard services in and around 13 buildings on at 22 acre site at U.S. Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory, Madison Wisconsin during non-business hours. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation and supplies (except as identified as Government-furnished), to provide unarmed security guard services specified by the contract's performance work statement (PWS), the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). SITE VISIT:October 25th, 2017 at 1:00pm CSTat FPL facilities on 1 Gifford Pinchot Drive, Madison, WIAuthority of Contractor personnel to detain and/or make arrests shall be that of private citizens as defined by the laws of Wisconsin and each member of the guard force shall be under a duty by virtue of his/her employment under this contract.
