  Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order (DO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0011 to Orbital ATK to provide activities for sustaining support of AARGM related efforts for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Orbital ATK is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AARGM, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to produce the requirements described herein, in order to satisfy the Government's requirement. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for the supplies anticipated needed herein is 541330. Subcontracting opportunities should be sought directly from Orbital ATK at the following address: Orbital ATK Defense Group, Defense Electronic System Division, 9401 Corbin Avenue, Northridge, CA 91324 IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR INTERESTED PARTIES: There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
