  Solicitation Posted: 7 Aug 2017NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Synopsis: Pre-solicitation Subject: 3225 Drainage Project Description: The 168th Wing at Eielson AFB is seeking a Firm Fixed procurement for a purchase and install of the following: seamless gutter system, heat trace and repair vapor barrier and insulation. Duration: The total contract duration is anticipated to be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed and may include a winter exclusion period if applicable. Location: Building 3225 Solicitation Number: W91ZRU-17-R-4001 This is 100% set aside for small business IAW DFARS 219.502-2(a)(i).  The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 1 August 2017. Product or Service Code: Z1AZ The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238170 and the small business size standard is 15.0 M. The Disclosure of Magnitude for this project is between $ 25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204(b). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project. This clause does not apply to the unrestricted portion of a partial set-aside. Interested offerors must be registered in SAM. To register go to: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
