The Bighorn National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide copier maintenance services for the Supervisor's Office, Powder River Ranger District, and Tongue Ranger District, Sheridan and Johnson Counties, WY. A Minolta Bizhub 353 is located at the Supervisor's Office and Powder River RD Office. A Minolta Bizhub 361 is located at the Tongue River RD Office. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811212 with a size standard of $27.5 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Services will run from Notice To Proceed through September 30, 2018. This is a base year contract with two option years. Contractor shall provide maintenance including al labor, mileage, parts, drums, developer, and toner. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
