그 외 자격요건 | 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Bio-Healthcare related field (Master's or PMP certification is a plus). 2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering programs on time and within budget. 3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. 6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. 7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity. 9. Korean and English bilingual is a plus | ||
