This role encompasses the management, design, and development of data infrastructure, databases, and data pipelines to support the organization's data-driven initiatives. Along with data management, IT Specialist contributes to the organization's operational efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Main Responsibilities: ● Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. ● Troubleshoot problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. ● Manage and administer servers, operating systems, and software applications to ensure reliable and secure operations. ● Provide user training and documentation related to IT management. ● Analyze existing data structure and make suggestions for improvements. ● Implement data quality checks to identify and rectify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or anomalies in the data. ● Integrate disparate data sources to create a unified and comprehensive view of organizational data. | ||
