주요업무내용 | - Promotes safety first for all areas of dispatch - Ensures drivers are following all safety policies and procedures - Supervises OTR drivers - Booking freight - Scheduling and assigning drivers and vehicles to convey cargo throughout the United States - Reviews next day/week deliveries and pick-ups - Notifies drivers of daily assignments - Tracks drivers for compliance to company procedures - Coordinate tractor/trailer maintenance cycles - Ensures Drivers have collected all appropriate documentation and signatures related to delivery/pick-up - Answers customer questions about delivery/pick-up - Maintains daily log files and preventative maintenance files and records the information into the appropriate systems - Ensures all daily/weekly/monthly paperwork is completed, recorded and filed - Other duties as assigned - 모든 파견지에 안전 사항을 최우선으로 둘 것 - 운전자가 모든 안전 정책 및 절차를 준수하는지 확인 - OTR 드라이버 관리 - 예약운임 - 미국 전역에 화물을 전달하기 위한 운전자 및 차량 예약 및 할당 - 예정된 요일/주 배송 및 픽업 검토 - 일일 할당을 운전자에게 알림 - 운수과정에서 정해진 회사 절차를 준수하는지 검수 - 트랙터/트레일러 유지보수 주기 조정 - 운전자가 배달/픽업과 관련된 모든 적절한 문서 및 서명을 수집했는지 확인 - 배송/픽업에 대한 고객 질문에 답변 - 매일 로그 파일 및 예방적 유지관리 파일을 유지/관리, 해당 정보를 해당 시스템에 기록 - 모든 일별/주별/월별 서류 작성, 기록 및 파일 작성 - 할당된 기타 직무 | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - At least 1 year of experience in logistics, trucking or related field - Knowledge in DOT regulation preferred - Computer, Smartphone savvy - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) - English/Korean preferred - GPS and tracking software - 물류, 트럭 운송 또는 관련 분야에서 1년 이상의 경력 - DOT 규정에 대한 지식 선호 - 컴퓨터, 스마트폰 기술 - MS Office Suite(Word, Excel) - 영어/한국어 선호 - GPS 및 추적 소프트웨어 | ||
