주요업무내용 | As a production worker for the production team, you will be responsible for producing doughs, batters, mixes, and finished pastry products for various brands ARK manages. As a production, you will be detail oriented and oversee inventory checks, sanitation and organization of equipment, along with training of new hires. As an ideal candidate you will have a sharp attention to detail to make sure that our products are properly made and stored. You will be highly skilled in people management to encourage growth and lead within our baking department. Objectives of this Role: Direct and supervise the production team to ensure our products are consistently up to standard and made in a timely manner. Organize and streamline kitchen operations to improve productivity within the team to expand to other product categories. Train new bakers and current bakers to upkeep recipes and baking standards. Work with management to execute and delegate work, while building relationships with part-time bakers. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Label, organize, and properly store baking equipment as well as inventory to improve kitchen operations. Sanitize and clean the kitchen to maintain overall cleanliness and ensure that our kitchen adheres to proper food safety guidelines. Communicate with management to ensure and uphold that bakers are following procedures and recipes set in place. Onboard new staff which includes collecting paperwork, training, & ensuring they have a clock in code/apron. Lead packing of items being delivered and ensure correct quantities are being kept. Assist in training staff when new pastries are introduced according to company recipes. Skills and Qualifications One year minimum of baking experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask to ensure that our baked goods are served in a timely manner Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate inventory count or our baked products & ingredients Must be able to follow recipes to ensure that our baked products are up to company standards with attention to the texture, presentation, and quality of pastries | ||
