주요업무내용 | 글로벌 플랫폼 여행사에서 고객지원 업무를 수행하실 인재를 찾습니다! 해외 글로벌 기업의 업무를 수행하며 해외 경험을 하실 분들을 환영합니다. [세부 내용] ㆍ말레이시아 소재 글로벌 여행사의 고객상담 업무 (이메일 + 전화 + 챗) ㆍ9am-10pm (교대, 주말근무, 주5일 40시간) ㆍRM 8,500 - RM9,000 링깃 (최종급여는 면접 및 영어테스트 결과에 따라 결정됩니다) Job Description: -To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers. -To exceed customers’ expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information -To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers’ convenient travelling. -To communicate with contracted vendors about customers’ inquiries and queries. Requirements: -At least holding an associate degree and/or expected graduate (documents required) -Required language(s): Korean (mother tongue) / English (business level) -Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position. -Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift (operation hours: 9am-10pm) 5 days a week. -Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English. | ||
