주요업무내용 | • Take over the technical leadership of a team, conduct staff appraisals and be responsible for optimizing workflows within the team. • Supervise the processing of complaints and claims and work closely with the office operation. • Managing overall sales and profit. Find efficiency on business aspect. • Keep satisfying existing customers and take an active role to develop operation process. • Manage and lead the team to ensure the smooth flow of the ocean operations. • Operations KPI / Outstanding report & Follow up with internal departments. • Monitor & review performance of volume / performance of customers & provide best solutions to customers. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | • Bachelor’s degree or above • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding industry, managerial experience of Ocean Operations is a plus. • Knowledge in Forwarding Operations system, Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc. • Fluency in Korean and English • Independent, initiative, responsible, logical minded and detail-minded • Able to work under pressure • Immediate available is highly preferred | ||
