주요업무내용 | • Responsible for daily warehouse operation included outbound, inbound shipment • Handling, labeling and weighting packages for export and import shipment • Prepare and complete all export documents complying with regulations and internal procedures • Responsible for the allocation of stock to booking and process shipments in accordance with SOP • Track, traces and updates shipment data and irregular shipments through tracing system effectively • Provide excellent customer service and coordinate, resolve customer inquiries • Handle and resolve various complaint and claims from the customers • Other tasks assigned by upper management | ||
