주요업무내용 | High level responsibilities include: - Responsible for the States performance - Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships; seek out opportunities to partner providing new offerings and solutions - Facilitate, participate and execute on all required meeting rhythms - Responsible for safety, quality and company compliance - Monitor and manage all commercials, including PnL and budget - Control, manage and lead cost optimization strategies - Review performance and execute plans to continually improve our service - Lead our people to achieve excellent customer experiences safely - Drive best practice work-force planning including pro-active recruitment strategies, customer forecasting and effective onboarding - Drive the YG Lean Operating system; review and complete actions You will meet most of the following criteria: - Excellent people leader and communicator - Strong financial and commercial acumen - Experienced in supply chain data, information, and processes - High level of understanding of all aspects of the supply chain process -Demonstrated high-level attention to detail - Ability to conceptualise large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed, - Ability to think clearly and make decisions under pressure, - A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, - Ability to manage several priorities within the team and be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the high-level supply chain logistics industry - Some system experience will be beneficial when working with data information and processes - The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work autonomously, take ownership for the role and have a team orientated approach - Critical to your success will be your ability to motivate others towards achieving outcomes and a strong sense for developing a continuous improvement culture | ||
