주요업무내용 | We are seeking a dedicated strategic marketing specialist, assistant manager, or manager, enthusiastic and talented to support and lead our marketing team projects in the field of BTL brand communication campaigns including experiential marketing events, or Online&Social Media campaigns, etc. The successful candidate will be expected to develop marketing & product related strategies and go-to market plans. The candidate will not only be well experienced in ATL or BTL marketing projects but also have a good understanding of market research, strategic planning, media relations/solutions, PR and brand experiential events(BTL) to penetrate even unfamiliar or newly approaching markets. - Develop marketing & communication strategic plan(BTL) - Work with external agencies to build and execute marketing strategy and plan as well as related collaterals and materials. - Take lead in execution of BTL/Online&Social marketing strategy, and go-to plans - Take lead in BTL/Online&Social media activities to various ethnic targeted media to generate brand awareness - Work closely with other internal teams and their senior managers to align & maximize corporate performance *Other duties as assigned | ||
그 외 자격요건 | - Experience working with advertising/marketing/online/Experiential marketing agencies for marketing strategy and ATL/BTL campaign execution - Experiential marketing experience(BTL campaign execution) or Online/Social Media specific campaign experience will be a plus - Must be able to travel and able to drive in the US (plan to achieve is acceptable) - Experience in analysis on marketing performance and documentation - Bilingual in Korean & English is preferred(not required), while good written & verbal English communication skill is required - Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and able to work self-indicatively - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Bachelor Degree or similar work experience required - Must be legally eligible to work in the US | ||
