주요업무내용 | Real Estate Asset Management - Assist in managing all aspects of occupancy and maintenance of properties under management. - Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues. - Coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs. - Collaborate with the senior management team to produce advertising materials. - Engage with prospective tenants to explain about the property and space, show properties, provide offer instructions. - Review letter of intent and negotiates the terms under the direction of the management team. - Manage accounts receivable & accounts payable. - Prepare budgets and financial reports. | ||
