주요업무내용 | Position : International VIP Services Officer Required Experience : At least 1 year experience in the same industry/field (e.g. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Front Office/Hotel, Customer Service, Call Center), although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Job Responsibilities • Responsible for all inbound and outbound casino call services through casino trunk line and other forms of communication; • Process and coordinate hotel room, transportation and other guests and operational requests through Hotel Reservations and other related departments; • Updated with all general property and casino-related information; • Provide a high standard of guest relations to all patrons and guests as per established services standards; • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure smooth operations. Other Requirements • Korean National • Preferably a college graduate but not a must, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Korean or Mandarin) • Highly familiar with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Must be detail-oriented and thorough with prompt flexible working hours. • Like interacting with players, with good problem solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise. • Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical problem solving/decision making skills. | ||
