주요업무내용 | Position : International Business Development Associate Required Experience : At least 1-2 years’ experience with the same position. Experience in an casino industry/ integrated resort is an advantage Job Responsibilities • To introduce new players to Hann Casino Resort. • Seek new and targeted players through acquisition, retention and reactivation. • Ensure high standard of guest service to all patrons in a professional manner. • Coordinate with cooperate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction, and therefore leading towards department’s goals and objectives. • Locates, develops and/or acquire new business and capture good quality players to achieve various business targets. • Responsible for the continuous business development of Premium Mass Market. Other Requirements • Korean National • College level and must have at least 1 year of proven experience in Casino Marketing – Player development, preferably in Business Development. • Possess excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Korean or Chinese), with relevant business development sales, customer service and telemarketing experience from an Integrated Resort Casino. | ||
그 외 자격요건 | • Korean National • Preferably a college graduate but not a must, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Korean or Mandarin) • Highly familiar with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Must be detail-oriented and thorough with prompt flexible working hours. • Like interacting with players, with good problem solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise. • Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical problem solving/decision making skills. | ||
