The City of Mobile's Department of Community and Housing Development (CHD) is scheduling a pre-bid walk through inspection for our Homeowner Rehabilitation Program.

 The Pre-Bid Walk Through Inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. All bids are due back on Thursday, August 2, 2018 no later than 2:00 p.m. Bids will be opened at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2018.

 The Scope of Work for property address 1158 Seneca Street is available at our office. If interested in submitting a bid proposal, please pick up a Bid Package by close of business Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from our office located at:

All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bid number on the outside of the envelope with the bid opening date. Any responses faxed or e-mailed will be rejected. Only Contractors previously approved by the CHD Department are eligible to submit bid packages. Be sure to read the General Conditions.
