USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a restoration project under the Wetlands Reserve Program (WRP) located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. This project consists of furnishing all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities, and incidentals needed to install water control structures and pipe, lower existing sheet piling that has heaved, install new sheet piling with stop log structure, remove existing geogrids, install rock riprap over geotextile with surface gravel crossings, excavation of scrape pond for material to cover sheet pilings and raise road embankment elevation. Disturbed areas will need to be prepped and seeded upon completion of construction. The performance period for this project is approximately 30 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

This IFB will be issued as a competitive Total Small Business set-aside.

Estimated price range: over $100,000

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238910 and the size standard is $15.0 million.

A solicitation package along with specifications and drawings for this project will be available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about May 14, 2018. Site showing information will be shown in the solicitation.

Interested contractors must be certified Small Business and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
